Tampa Bay Recovery Center prides itself on being a true dual diagnosis treatment center in the Tampa area. In addition to alcohol rehab, we offer effective drug rehab, specializing in prescription drugs, cocaine addiction, Xanax addiction, Adderall addiction, kratom addiction and others.
We offer family therapy as part of our treatment program. In addition, we have a family-specific group that allows family members to learn about addiction and process their own feelings surrounding substance use disorder.

Depending on what program you enter into, your day at our addiction treatment center in Tampa can look different.
For those entering our Partial Hospitalization Program, treatment begins at 9:30 AM, and ends around 3:30 PM. During that time, you’ll be expected to partake in group therapy, experiential therapy, individual therapy, sessions with our medical staff, holistic therapy, red light therapy Medication-Assisted Treatment and more. You’ll also have about an hour and a half lunch break between to split up the day.
If you’re entering our Tampa Intensive Outpatient Program, you’ll begin your day around 9:30 AM and end at 12:30 PM. During that time, you’ll partake in group therapy involving psycho-education, and a process group to connect with others, learn new coping skills, and develop a solid foundation for recovery.
Inpatient treatment programs offer round-the-clock care. Typically in a residential treatment settings are in a controlled environment so staff can address substance abuse, mental health issues, and medical care with 24-hour support.
Outpatient rehab offers more flexibility during treatment where client’s can either live from home or off-site in a structured sober living environment. Outpatient treatment is specifically designed for those who have completed residential treatment or for those who are stable enough to live from home.
