With a career spanning over a decade in the mental health and substance use field, she began her journey as a Mental Health Technician. She gained extensive experience working in various settings, including psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and medical detox programs across the Metro Atlanta area. Throughout her career, she has held roles such as Patient Advocate, Performance Improvement Coordinator aiding in Risk Management, Discharge Planner, Care Coordinator, and Case Manager. 

Her dedication to this field is deeply rooted in personal experience, having faced the loss of her father at a young age due to his struggles with substance use and mental health. Carrie Ann found her calling in supporting others facing similar challenges. Her heartfelt commitment to assisting individuals in their recovery drives her every day. Harworking, eager to learn, and constantly evolving, she epitomizes resilience and empathy.
