Carrie Ann Bullard is a compassionate and dedicated professional in the field of mental health and substance use treatment. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical and Social Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. Her aspiration to make a difference in the lives of those grappling with addiction led to her relocating to Saint Petersburg, Florida, where she joined Tampa Bay Recovery Center from its inception and has been an integral part of the program’s growth and success. ta

With a career spanning over a decade in the mental health and substance use field, she began her journey as a Mental Health Technician. She gained extensive experience working in various settings, including psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and medical detox programs across the Metro Atlanta area. Throughout her career, she has held roles such as Patient Advocate, Performance Improvement Coordinator aiding in Risk Management, Discharge Planner, Care Coordinator, and Case Manager. 

Her dedication to this field is deeply rooted in personal experience, having faced the loss of her father at a young age due to his struggles with substance use and mental health. Carrie Ann found her calling in supporting others facing similar challenges. Her heartfelt commitment to assisting individuals in their recovery drives her every day. Harworking, eager to learn, and constantly evolving, she epitomizes resilience and empathy. Carrie Ann has turned personal tragedy into professional motivation, highlighting the impact that dedication and empathy can have in helping others reclaim their lives and achieve lasting recovery.
