Jamie Klemzak, LMFT

Jamie Klemzak is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Master Certified Addictions Professional in the state of Florida. Jamie began working in the mental health field while still completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology and later received her graduate degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of South Florida. Jamie has worked in many areas of the field, giving her vast knowledge of different populations and their needs. 

She has been working primarily in addictions since 2015 – having family members who have succumbed to addiction has fostered a love of this particular area of counseling, as it is very personal to her. Jamie is a trained EMDR therapist with over 15 years of experience doing trauma work, another passion of hers. She loves to find creative ways to integrate her skills and talents, bringing them to group and individual sessions with her clients to provide the most quality therapy for each individual.  Jamie’s intention for her clients is to help them to find their meaning and purpose as a positive way to escape the throes of addiction and live their best life possible.
