Jennifer Strong, LMHC

Jennifer Strong is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. In the last decade, Jennifer has worked with a diverse range of populations, including children and families, adults, and couples who are struggling with grief and loss, substance abuse, complex trauma, and severe and persistent mental illness. Her approach is relaxed, comforting, friendly, and most importantly, nonjudgmental. She believes in empowering others to become healthier versions of themselves by focusing on effective ways of coping and overcoming challenges/adversities. Jennifer works with clients utilizing a strength-based and trauma-focused lens. Her main areas of focus include Trauma, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders.
